All we ask is that the returned product must be in ‘as new’ condition, unworn and in its original packaging with labels attached. The postage for returning items is at your cost but the shipping costs for any replacement items is ours. We strongly advise using a tracked and/or signed for service when returning items as we cannot be responsible for returned items which go missing in transit.

Please note that returns are only accepted for items you purchased online from www.emptyroads.com. If you have you purchased your item from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly to arrange the return.
If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We will get in touch with you asap and evaluate if your product has suffered from a manufacturing defect. If it has, we will offer a replacement (or full refund if the product is not available anymore). Please note that a product will not be considered defective if the problem has not occurred under normal conditions of use or if it results from long term usage.
